Nathan Smith
Lead Chiropractic Assistant, X-Ray Tech, and our Technology Guru.
Nathan has been a part of the team at East Coast Elite Chiropractic since we opened in 2018.
~Loves Golfing, watching hockey and rooting for his Pittsburgh Penguins, Notre Dame, and the Carolina Panthers.
Fun Fact: Nathan and Dr. Taylor graduated high school from Blessed Sacrament and have been friends since 6th grade while playing hockey against each other.
Molly Laine
Community Outreach Liaison, InvisaRED Consultant, Receptionist, Chiropractic Assistant, & X-Ray Tech
She just joined East Coast Elite Chiropractic in 2024.
~She loves to help families plan Disney trips in her spare time when she’s not planning her own family’s trip to Disney!
~She enjoys watching movies with her husband, playing Mario kart with her young sons, and volunteering at her children’s schools.
Fun Fact: Molly also attended Blessed Sacrament with Dr. Taylor and Nathan and loves Disney as much if not more than Dr. Taylor!
Pam Lester
Lead Receptionist
Pam has been a part of the team at East Coast Elite Chiropractic since 2020.
~Loves spending time with her grandchildren, horses, & most outside activities.
~Has 3 daughters and soon to be 4 grandchildren!
Fun Fact: Pam is an Avid horsewoman and barrel racer.
Sandy Fisher
Insurance Specialist & Biller
Sandy joined East Coast Elite Chiropractic in 2023 but has worked in the chiropractic field for about 8 years.
~She is responsible for billing, insurance related questions, personal injury claims and other administrative functions.
~She is personally a strong advocate for chiropractic care and appreciates the overall health benefits derived from routine visits.
~Sandy, her husband Richard and their dog, Fluffy, enjoy country living and outings with neighbors and friends.
Fun Fact: Sandy graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Accounting and worked in corporate accounting for a number of years.
Savannah Hardy
Chiropractic Assistant
Savannah has been a part of the team at East Coast Elite Chiropractic since January 2023.
~Loves to hang out with her dog, Prince & family.
Fun Fact: Savannah is a tea enthusiast, master gardener, and is a hustler at the pool table.
Katie Shaw

Katie has been a part of the team at East Coast Elite Chiropractic since 2022.
~She loves the Baltimore Orioles, painting and spending time outside with her dog.
Fun Fact: Katie loves going to the beach every year and collecting seashells by the seashore.
